Power Skating / Hockey Skills

            • Players will be evaluated on the first class by their skill level.
            • Power skating with high acceleration working on advanced techniques to forward and backward 3 turns
            • (One foot turns) without slowing down or stopping during turning, maximizing speed and acceleration.
            • These skills will be with combined skating and puck control.
            • Suzanne Lamoureux-Kuehr head skating instructor has worked with may pro players and will run all classes.
            • Hockey instruction will be to work all game situations with emphasis on high skating skill to give players quicker positioning to shoot and pass at a pro level.
            • Strengthening skills and balance when handling the puck. Our hockey instructors are competitive coaches, Junior and university player
