All Summer programs are held at the University of Western Ontario - Thompson Arena
Hockey players will be assessed by our skating and hockey staff and grouped by their skill and age level. Instruction will be with two session of power skating (forward and backward three turns, Mohawk, Parallel one foot side stops skating skills. Most of these drills will be skating with a puck and video. Hockey session with puck handling, shooting skills , checking skills and scrimmage everyday Monday – Friday. Off ice conditioning will be provided every day.
Skaters are to bring their own lunch (supervised) with a snack and drink every day. No peanuts products allowed.
Afternoon activities: will include additional hockey skills, or option Swimming 3 times per week, Track, Laser Quest, Soccer and Golf. All skaters must have full hockey equipment, running shoes, swimsuit, towel, change of clothing.
